Important information to read before submitting your application

• We recommend that you review the By-Laws of your building to ensure your application meets the Keeping of Pets By-law relevant to your scheme.
• Your Community Manager does not have the authority to consider or approve your request.
• The request will be forwarded to your Committee for their consideration.
  Please note, based on individual Committee structures, they may not choose to pursue your application until such a time a formal meeting can take place.
• If this application is completed and/or submitted by a Tenant or Property Manager, written Lot Owner approval must be attached for the application to be considered.
  Not supplying this with the application may delay the process.
• An additional fee payable by the Owner, may be levied to process this request.
• Pet applications are only available for South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland properties.
• You may be asked to provide additional information to support this application.
